Baptism

If you have a servant’s heart and love people, we would love to see you in the Baptism Ministry. Our goal is to make those who have never experienced believer’s baptism comfortable as they take this important step toward obedience to Christ. Unless requested to be done at an outside river or lake, baptisms are done at the end of a regular service.

First Serve/Ministry Opportunities

  • Observe the baptism process: When a baptism service is scheduled you will meet with our Baptism Ministry leaders as they help with the baptismal candidate.
  • Greeter and encourager: Smile, greet and assure those who are taking the first step to following Christ in baptism.
  • Laundry helper: Baptisms generate a lot of laundry. We appreciate our workers who are able to help keep the laundry processed.
